A few hours a week or month can make a difference in the ministry of Waycross. Volunteers provide services that inspire spiritual growth, grow leadership skills, and reduce the stress of every day life.
Volunteers have been involved in projects ranging from picnic table construction to trail building; and office work to gardening. From youth to seniors, Waycross invites you to explore the possibilities of making a difference by volunteering. Please take a look at the Volunteer Opportunity List below to find an opportunity.
Volunteers participated in Alumni Work Camp and converged on Waycross for a two week period to clear trails, paint and repair Dixon Hall, build shelf units for cabins, relocate a low ropes obstacle, stain the deck at the assembly building, build tables, and much more. This is the twelth consecutive year for the alumni work camp. Read the report of one of the participants here.
