Waycross is a summer camp and  year-round  conference center. We welcome groups that seek leadership development, spiritual growth or educational advancements. Everything from afternoon meetings to weekend conferences to week long retreats.

Assembly Building Spaces

We offer a variety of  meeting spaces in the Conference Center, Assembly Building, Main House and various locations around our campus. Click through to find what works best for your group. ASSEMBLY BUILDING MEETING SPACES


POPLAR

This is our largest meeting space, which can accommodate up to 185 guests in a theater style set-up.  This room doubles as dining space for larger groups and for camp.  Poplar features a piano, an electric screen that can be can be set up with a projector, television that has DVD capabilities.  This room has been used for award presentations, banquets, dances, lectures, movie nights and classroom type settings. The possibilities are endless with the ample space and several breakout rooms near by.


SASSAFRAS

Just off of Poplar the Sassafras Room can accommodate up to 20 guests and serves well as a break-out meeting space.  This room can be can be set up with a projector, screen and a television with DVD capabilities. This smaller room has been used as a make shift nursery, meeting room, storage space, game room and movie watching space. 


BIRCH 

On the lower level of the Assembly Building is the Birch Room with space for up to 30 people.  This room can be can be set up with a projector, screen and a television with DVD capabilities.  This space has been used as an art studio, meeting, lecture and presentation space.


 

ELM

On the lower level of the Assembly Building, directly adjacent to the Craft Room, is the Elm Room with space for up to 30 people.  This space has been used as break out spaces, classroom setting, art studios and movie screenings.
